Job Title: PCB Manufacturing Technician

Summary:
Future Ecotonics is currently seeking highly skilled and motivated individuals to join our team as PCB Manufacturing Technicians. This pivotal role involves the operation of various cutting-edge machines and the execution of multiple tasks in the PCB fabrication process. Your primary responsibility will be to uphold the quality and efficiency of our production while strictly adhering to our commitment to sustainable practices.
Responsibilities:
* Operate and maintain a diverse array of PCB manufacturing equipment, including shearing machines, CNC drilling and routing machines, laminators, UV exposure units, etching machines, and more.
* Adhere to detailed work instructions and procedures to ensure consistent product quality.
* Conduct visual inspections and basic electrical tests to detect defects and maintain stringent quality standards.
* Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure a seamless and efficient production flow.
* Strictly adhere to all safety protocols and uphold a clean and organized work environment.
* Actively engage in continuous improvement initiatives to streamline processes and minimize waste.
Qualifications:
* High school diploma or equivalent.
* Previous experience in electronics manufacturing or a related field.
* Strong mechanical aptitude and exceptional problem-solving skills.
* Meticulous attention to detail and unwavering commitment to quality.
* Ability to work autonomously and as part of a cohesive team.
* Eagerness to acquire new skills and adapt to evolving production requirements.
