Job Title: PCB Manufacturing Technician

Summary:
Future Ecotonics is seeking skilled and motivated individuals to join our team as PCB Manufacturing Technicians. This is a hands-on role that involves operating various machines and performing multiple tasks in the PCB fabrication process. You will be responsible for ensuring the quality and efficiency of our production while adhering to our commitment to sustainable practices.
Responsibilities:
* Operate and maintain a variety of PCB manufacturing equipment, including shearing machines, CNC drilling and routing machines, laminators, UV exposure units, etching machines, and more.
* Follow detailed work instructions and procedures to ensure consistent product quality.
* Perform visual inspections and basic electrical tests to identify defects and ensure quality standards.
* Work collaboratively with other team members to maintain a smooth and efficient production flow.
* Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
* Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes and reduce waste.
Qualifications:
* High school diploma or equivalent.
* Previous experience in electronics manufacturing or a related field.
* Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
* Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing production requirements.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience with PCB fabrication processes.
* Knowledge of sustainable manufacturing practices.
* Familiarity with ISO 9001 quality management standards.
