Summary:

Future Ecotonics seeks a dynamic Marketing & PCB Engineering Team Leader to spearhead our marketing strategy and showcase our technical PCB manufacturing capabilities. This role demands a unique blend of PCB engineering expertise and strategic marketing leadership. You will develop and execute impactful marketing campaigns, drive business growth, and position Future Ecotonics as a leader in the PCB industry.

Responsibilities:

• Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans that highlight our technical capabilities, quality standards, and competitive advantages.
• Market Research: Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify industry trends, customer needs, and growth opportunities.
• Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a high-performing marketing team, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
• Technical Marketing: Provide expert technical support to marketing and sales, ensuring accurate and persuasive communication of our PCB manufacturing capabilities.
• Content Creation: Develop compelling technical marketing collateral, including data sheets, case studies, and blog posts.
• Customer Engagement: Deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations to showcase our capabilities and state-of-the-art facilities.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, production, sales, and other teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
• Brand Building: Represent the company at industry events, build strategic partnerships, and engage with universities and student teams.
• Performance Analysis: Measure and report on marketing campaign performance, utilizing analytics tools to track key metrics and optimize ROI.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or a related field. Advanced degree or certifications in Marketing or PCB Design are a plus.
• Experience: 7+ years in PCB design, manufacturing, or a related technical role, with proven marketing leadership experience in the electronics/technology industry.
• Skills:
  • Deep technical understanding of PCB design, fabrication, and IPC standards.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Strategic thinking and analytical abilities.
